Headquartered in Alpharetta Georgia, the company provides its unique set of Human
Capital Management Solutions and Services for Financial, Accounting, and Organizational
Professionals to clients throughout the Unites States, Canada and France.
FA&OWorks, LLC recognizes that the unique characteristics and requirements of FA&OWorks
for our clients requires a level of expertise that goes beyond "submitting
a resume." Our commitment to our company and as a result our clients, is to
ensure that we acquire and develop our internal expertise to provide our clients
with tangibly differentiated value. Unlike our colleagues in the industry who provide
multiple functional segments, ours is an acute focus on the financial, accounting,
and organizational requirements within each client industry we serve - whether Banking,
Financial Services, Legal, Consumer Products, or Business Services.
Expert
Our team's profound knowledge and experience includes successfully building
a technology company - to leading and developing one of the premier staffing companies
in the country - to leading a publicly held multi-national, multi-billion dollar
organization to leading a multi-national BPO company. Our singular confluence of
experience and expertise ensures results - not simply finding a person - but finding
the person whose own expertise will add significant value in their role and who
is capable of providing meaningful return on cost while assigned or employed at
our client.
Elite
It is our expertise that has in the past and continues to attract thousands of seasoned
professionals to our organization and it is those seasoned professionals that enable
us to achieve our goal of delivering exceptional tangible value to each client we
serve. Our candidates, consultants, and clients each view FA&OWorks as much more
than simply a staffing service.
Confident
The leaders of FA&OWorks espouse a simple credo and maintain a common shared
value: "We do what we say we will do." That simple credo ensures both
candidates and clients alike consistently receive and enjoy a standard of service
and value that is predictable and measurable. When we say we will execute, we do
so and we measure our execution using the qualitative and quantitative performance
indicators that our consultants and clients require, and we demand of ourselves.
Ours is credible confidence based on our extensive experience to deliver meaningful
and tangible results to each candidate, consultant, and client we serve.
Communicative
In today high-speed and technology-driven world, it has never been easier to communicate.
At the same time, FA&OWorks understands that it has never been easier to be
misunderstood. Combining our "facts-first" approach with a robust communicative
and collaborative technological platform ensures that we not only deliver significant
value, but that we also consistently exceed our candidates', consultants'
and clients' expectations with validated data and best practice information.
We are acutely aware that it is a robust communicative and collaborative environment
supported by an unwavering commitment to integrity that enables FA&OWorks to
deliver extraordinary value to our clients.
Responsive
FA&OWorks is responsive to, and responsible for delivering results by investing
a significant amount of our resources in each client we serve. In that regard we
strive to ensure that we apply our intellectual, human, and financial capital quickly,
efficiently, and effectively to rapidly deliver meaningful value to each client.
FA&OWorks' responsiveness, however, goes far beyond simply acquiring talent.
Instead we believe that being responsive also requires us to provide our clients
with new and alternative strategies using best practices to facilitate talent acquisition
while reducing the overall expense of that process and the productivity of those
employed.
Integrity
FA&OWorks focuses on "integrity" in the context of "Say what
you mean, and mean what you say" speech and conduct. Each and every person
within FA&OWorks is committed and required to manifest the highest degree of
integrity in all of our candidate, consultant, and client interactions. This integrity
ensures that among other practices, we keep confidential all candidate, consultant,
and client information, we are committed to the dignity of each individual with
whom we come in contact, and we recognize that ours is not to judge people but rather
to ascertain strengths within the context of a specific function and requirement.
